Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. Unwind tight muscles and release tension with a firm to deep pressure techniques that deliver the most powerful therapeutic results restoring you to top performance.
The movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. Deep tissue massages work by breaking down the stress that can block circulation and cause pain, inflammation, and limit movement. Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu is a massage technique that involves the application of the practitioner’s feet, rather than the hands or arms, to a patient’s body. In Japanese, ashi means foot, and atsu means pressure; so it literally translates to foot pressure.
During an Ashiatsu massage, therapists use their bare feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and/or assisted stretching.
